Katie started at CityWorth Mortgage in 2016 and has recruited over half of the current employees.

Favorite memory: Meeting some of my closest friends and my roommate at CityWorth.

Favorite part of recruiting: I'm the first person that gets to meet our potential recruits! So to see them all the way through the hiring process and then see how well they do here is really rewarding. Also I love getting to work with my partner in crime, Lindsay!

Lindsay started at CityWorth Mortgage in 2015 and began in operations before transitioning to recruiting in 2017.

Favorite memory: When I started at CityWorth, my co-workers were just that - co-workers. Now, some of my co-workers have become lifelong friends and I love getting to work with my best friends each day!

Favorite part of recruiting: I get to meet a lot of mew people and it's fun to watch them grow and develop professionally.
