The process was much easier than I thought it would be and YES this is my first home. I was able to do a VA home loan and even though my credit score was not the greatest Rico became my magic man. Recently I purchased a home with city worth as the lender. Two months out of college me and my fiancé were approved to buy a home for $334,900 in Pennsylvania, I was weary working with an out of state broker for appraisal reasons but all went through as planned last minute and contact with Ricardo Castillo (my broker) was seamless and quick and we ended up closing 3 days before scheduled date.
